a popping/thudding noise...

a popping/thudding noise...
occures when i acc. and brake! the sound is coming from under me but more from the rear. any idea of what it could be?? i think i could be u- bolts?

Check the drive shaft yokes, can also be a bushing or the diff is going.

check the u bolts, tranny crossmember and bushings.
