call me retarded but youre gonna have to fill me in on what a cb is.

 

Citizen band radio. Ive had them in both of my trucks at one point, cool for wheeling. The only advantage of having one is if you go on big cruises with your friends and you can easily communicate. I thought about it for a little bit but decided walkietalkies are easier. I was going to mount it underneath the pass. seat so out of the way

 

yeah it would be easier, but i came across 4 working cb's.. one for me and three of my friends.. i am working on mine now, they all have trucks, so its easy to mount them in.. i am having more difficulty...... just wondering

 

Well if you have a 2 way handset and aux antenna you can stick it down low or under the seat. If you dont have either of those, I know theres a space on the SN cars under the stock radio, but I wouldnt sacrifice that for a CB.. not in the stang... the truck's another story... its right above the rear-view

 

I have a old one mounted in mine at. I have been thinkin of takin it out when I redo the interior on mine and maybe get a smaller one and mount it some other place. Will post pics of it in a bit.

The Mic came out udner the dash on the Drivers side.

 

what did you do for the speaker? can you hear it from there?

 

Clean that interior man!! Thats where I would mount it, but I like having that compartment there in mine

 

Ya I know it's dirty.....havent ben driving it for a long time. the back seat and all the way to the trunk have been pulled out and is siting in my garage. like I said I am planing to redo the interior. I have a new carpet that is going to be going in and am planing to customize the pannels and possibly coat most of the interior with carbon fiber.

You can hear the speaker also I used to have a external speaker also connected nad it came out on teh PS under the dash.

 

what about the antenna
