My 98 gt works great, but I want to make it better. It's a 5-speed. It revs great, but takes forever for the rpm's to come back down. Is there a setting in the pcm that can be changed to let the rpm's come down immediately? My hunch is that it's emissions related. Perhaps this can be changed by using tuner software. Anyone have experience along these lines?
