that's bad. It needs REAL body work.

It's on a curve and it's stretched the metal.

You can't just buff that out dude LOL. [sm=smiley4.gif]

You can expect to pay around 250-350 dollars to have repaired to where you cant tell. Paintless dent removal, if you find someone good enough, in this case great enough. It will run at least 175. Get a guarantee on colormatch and warranty that is nationwide.

There's no way they could do that with the paintless dent repair. it only works for small shallow dings that are not on curves or any sort of "shape". The tools they use are flimsy and can't do detail or move anything like a bodyline.

That needs to be pulled out with the force of a dent puller and beat on with a hammer and awl for awhile just to get started.

It'd be cheaper to get a new fender somewhere. Looks like it might have a crease or two in it, like everyone else said I don't think you can just pop that and go...

I had a friend with an Acura TL that someone dented on the top corner of the front fender on the curve of the fender. It was a larger dent and he went with a paintless dent removal place and it came out great. It was hard to believe. I've also seen these people at car shows and they have a hood that is dented like mad and they work at it and a couple hours later the hood is like new.

A good body shop will give estimates free of charge. If you go to a paintless repair shop ,get a guarantee that the repair won't be visible. This ones on a curve and I can't see a paintless repair being possible, but I don't know everything.

I'm tellin' ya....I've seen it done. Granted...you could only see the most mildest of evidence if someone actually pointed it out to you...otherwise you couldn't tell. It probably depends who does it...like everything else some are better than others. I've had friends go to Maaco for a paint job and it was disasterous and others who go to a different Maaco shop with show room results.

I wasn't implying that Maaco did paintless dent repair...I was using as an example. Ask around and look at some of the shops work before you decide.

Try ebay...I purchased new ones for mine and were very cheap. Have it painted the same color and slap it on yourself. Probaly cost you less than 200.
