Remember "460" is cubic inches and "4.6" is liters. A 460ci motor is approx same as 7.5 liters!

So yup, a 7.5 weighs a ton more than a 4.6
Remember the 4.6 isn't exactly a small engine either. Take a look at this picture of the 4.6 next to the 5.0. The 4.6 is MUCH heavier than the 5.0. So how much does the 460 weigh & how much does the 4.6 weigh.
