Take a piece of wood wrapped once in a towel or old t-shirt and put it behind the rotor on the braking surface. Use a 2lb sledge hammer (regular hammer with a big head) to hit the wood block. Work your way around the rotor. In other words once you find a spot with clearance to take a good swing. Keep the block there and rotate the rotor. It will take a couple of good whacks but should pop it loose.

You may also want to take some additional WD-40 and spray each lug. Try to get it into the threads so it works its way into the rotor holes. Hit the rotor a few times as described above and spray some more wd-40 in there. The hitting allows the wd-40 to work its way in.

I've used this method before on 4x4 pickups that are worse than what you're describing (so bad that event the wheels were stuck to the rotor that was stuck to the hub)

Patience and persistence. A pry bar will only ruin the rotor or worse, hurt you when it slips.

If you are tossing the rotors use a 10lb sledge. Bang and rotat teh rotor. Use a nice good swing at it like you are using a bat at baseball. It will come off. Migh even ocme off after the first swing.

OK Guys finally got it off! Geeeeeeeeeeez! Had to use the 3 jaw puller and it finally came off. The inside was rusted pretty bad. The black rubber thing in the middle of the hub I manage to dent that and dont know if that will harm in any way. What is that for anyways? It says on it do not remove and lubricated already. What is its purpose?
