Default Stock 302 to 347 Stroker...

Hey everyone im looking for some advise, I recently bought a stock 302 motor with 120K miles, what I want to do is bore it over into a 347 or a 331 with stroker kit in it, My question is how much do machine shops ussualy charge for somthing like this? I also what to keep it EFI (would it be difficult to do?) and what do you guys perfer A 331 stroker or 447 stroker? Am I just better off just buying a crate engine?
