Default Replacement OEM Jack

Hey,
Was driving my girlies '98 'stang today and picked up a nail. A relatively minor problem... Until I looked in the trunk for the jack. There wasn't one (a jack). Luckily my buddy was near by and had a jack to get me back on the road...

So, now that the adventure is over I'm wondering where I can pick up a good OEM replacement jack that will fit in the trunk where the stock one used to live. Doesn't have to be fancy, just has to work. Any ideas? Thanks alot...

Other option is go looking in a junk yard.
