did a search on this... and from what i found its pretty much what ive been told, i have the slight whine, and i hear this is pretty common, and after doing the search i found out when it stops whining....thats when to worry about it, is this correct? any other opinions?

 

yes are fuel pumps do whine and if they dont then your fuel pump is going or is gone

 

I hate the whining sound too. I thought about having it replaced but was wondering if the new one will do the same.

 

yes it will and i think mine got a little louder too
