Default Manual transmission> full synthetics bad?

I had my t-45 fluid changed a few months ago with a semi-synthetic based(not full synthetic) and have been reading online that full synthetic fluid is bad because it can cause slipping . That is why I went with a semi synthetic instead of full. Is this slipping true and will full synthetic ruining transmissions later down the line?

Not sure about the newer trannys but, with the older ones, synthetics will make it hard to change gears. It cannot make it slip though as the gears are in constant mesh all the time.

use automatic tranny fluid with half a bottle of lucas stop slip. only use 3.6l if you fill it to ford specs it cause gears slow down. its equal to us running in 2ft of water.
