Squeek when I turn wheel / hit bumps
When I turn my steering wheel or hit bumps I can hear a squeek like as if something isnt oiled any clue what I should do? Its continuous when I just turn the wheel and im not even moving... any ideas?

yeah briliant ford never used grease fittings. had the same problem with my 94 sixer. sold it before i got it fixed. but most likely it is your tie rod ends. i would replace inner and outer tie rod ends on both sides. not saying all of them went bad but its a good idea. aftermarket ones have a fitting for grease.

Mine always made the same noice. If i push on the fender it will make a squeek noice. If i just turn the wheel, it will make the same noise. Sounds like a squeeky mattress. Anyway, while i was putting in drop springs, i was looking for whatever the noise was. For those of you who guessed TIE ROD ENDS, your correct!! It was my passenger side. Havent got it replaced yet though. I will get both of them replaced when i do it.... And im sure that your problem is the same as mine. Good luck....

The tie rod ends are around 60.00 to purchase, 60 to install. That is the last quote i heard around here. It might be high or low, not sure. Just called one place and will be calling around still. Can also try the drilling and threading a grease nozzle method. I wouldnt think it would hurt.....i might try this still, not sure
