A4LD
Buy a B&M rebuild kit if they make it for that tranny, those include REEEDICULOUS instructions. Almost too much info.
IF they dont make a B&M kit, then go get a Haynes manual, look up which one youll need because they have about 600 tranny books

obtain 2 sticks of good quality dynamite. Attach (1) stick to each side of the A4LD (a long fuse would be adviseable) light fuse and take cover. There u go....more fun than that sucker blow'n up on ya on the highway
Seriously that trannie is VERY hard to rebuild properly. And even if you do manage to get it all back together there is a good chance it won't last long. Just a bad trannie overall.
Go with the dynamite.

^^^this is true and a very good way of getting rid of it, you need to pay allot of attention to snaprings, blocker rings, washers, syncro. it takes alot of time because you miss the smallest thing your trans can be f^cked up, and im not trying to scare you but just be careful cuz they are expensive
you can do it yourself you just need the right instrustions and follow it exactly how ist shows you like i said dont forget anything, if you get done with it and have one piece missing you have to start all over unless your positive where that piece goes, if you start to rebuild it and get lost always ask if you not sure about something. where just a click away
