Default ebay- Accessories- Input requested

Yup, greedbay, There, I said it.

Looking at dropping some new headlights (and possibly taillights) into my 1998 Mustang- but the main sales websites are quoting too much $$$, than there is cross border shipping fees, duties, taxes, and the list goes on..

Anyways, I was poking around ebay, and found some comparable (?) styles and very well priced accessories, and well, wanted input from some members here, as I am sure they have been in the same boat as me before.

I am replacing my headlights as they are hazed over pretty well, and a wet sanding, buffing and a pro shop did not clear them up at all. (They are hazed over on the inside-weird eh?)

Anyways, ideally want to get the projection ones (top link) but I do want to go HID with the low beam at some point in the near future. Also considering the taillights, but thats just for a different look. Basically wondering if these are crap, or good.

Any and all info gladly accepted.

The headlights, I am not sure about, truthfully, I would find a little better pair than that. I do not care for how the back of the headlamp is constructed. In this game, you really do get what you pay for. Also, going HID, you may need to buy ignitors, if you go HID, you really want quality headlamps because of the heat. It will melt headlamps (yes i have seen this) as well as unprotected wiring. The taillamps look okay, another option if you want to go dark tint, is to take your stock ones to a paint shop and have them spray the lens for you.

Also, your headlamps are hazed on the inside due to sunburn. It turns the plastic lens yellow.

Would you recommend any from fleabay? (or any other member recommend one from ebay?)

I do not want any tinted lenses at all, as that would degrade the light output.

I bought my headlights off ebay. got both including shipping for $107. I just got smoked for my 99 because they were hazed also. I think i bought mine from "headlightswholesale"
as for the ones you like. idk if they have any of those, and idk if i like those at all.
