I have been wanting me a Saleen for a long time. I recently got on at Good Year after a year of being unemployed after separating from the Air Force. Now that I am going to have some money coming in, I want to get a Saleen supercharger...not because I think they are the best or anything, but because I love the whine of a roots and it seems like the easiest and coolest looking thing to do. Am I wrong?

I am a pretty good mechanic and my father is awesome. I guess what I want to know is:

1. How hard, honestly, is it to get ahold of a used Saleen roots kit that includes most of what I would need?

2. How long would it take to install it?

3. How hard would it be for me and my father to do it if I rated us as 'good' mechanics?

4. How much can I expect to spend for everything including a tune?

5. Where do you go for a tune/how important/expensive is it?

I know these have probably been answered a billion times, but I suck at using the search thing. I have been looking for a week and I cant find anything. lol
