Just for everyone's FYI, I replaced my foglamps on my 03 cobra.
From the underneath, there are four (one on each corner) 7mm socket size screws/bolts, that attach each lamp to the bumper.
The left side is very easy, without any obstructions.
The right side is partially obstructed with some hoses/tubes blocking direct socket wrench-action, but a little elbow grease will move them enough to work.
