Default Help with lowering my 02 gt

Hey I need some help with lowering my gt. Do I need new shocks and struts if I do lower it or will my stock ones suffice? Is there anything else I need? Any info would be helpful and much appreciated.

just a set of lowering springs....thats it

if you go over 2 inches bro you may wanna change your struts they say. i went 2 inches and kept stock stuff, works fine for me. what brand are you looking at?

My friend told me that he had Eibach on his mustang and it handled great.
