Default Racing Seats?

i have a red 98 gt with black and grey interior. unfortunately the driver seat has a tear in it and the foam has begun to fall out and become very uncomfortable. i would like to get a new set of seats and a matching set for the back. i like the 03-04 cobra seats but i think im leaning more towards a set of corbeaus, and possibly come out a little cheaper. my only question is if i go with the corbeaus will i still have the driver side electric option, or would i have to go to a manual seat?

Have to go to a manual seat. I don't think they make power corbeaus since they are made to be lightweight and for racing. I think you can get a set of reclinable corbeaus for as cheap as $830 new shipped with seat brackets. They're pretty comfortable for a lighweight racing seat and drop a good amount of weight over the stock seats.

i bought a pair of Corbeau fixed back seats including the adaptors (flat bars with holes drilled to fit the stock seat brackets). i see no reason you could not have power seats if that is what you want.

the stock GT seat is more comfortable for daily use. the Corbeau and other makes will give you more lateral support if you really want it.
