DRL Relay/Headlight bulb?

DRL Relay/Headlight bulb?
Basically, my 98 sunfire (winter beater) is having headlight problems.
-Daytime Running Lights do not work (DRL light on dash keeps turning on/off as a warning indicator).
-Right low beam headlight doesn't work, but left does.
-High beams work fine.
This just happened today- everything worked fine before.
Does it sound like a bulb, or relay...or both?
