super newb transmission question

Default super newb transmission question

i have an 89 mustang lx 2.5 automatic, and i cannot for the life of me find where to put in the tansmission fluid. i would greatly appreciate it if someone could help.

should be a plug on the side or remove the center console and shifter and pour in through the top

you can pour it in right where the dipstick is.

There should be a tube coming up from behind the motor that has a yellow or red **** on the top you fill it threw that.You can not fill it threw the shifter like mustang30240 said cause he didnt read your post and thinks you have a stick.

the only dipstick i can find is for the oil. do you have a picture or something to show me where you are talking about. thanks in advance.
