Bought an 04 GT that was a theft recovery (total rebuild). It's got an engine from 99, doors, panels, windows, and other stuff from other stangs. The rear defroster doesn't work - the button does not light up when pushed, and no heat emanates from the element in the glass. When I first got the car, the blinker/horn didn't work...had Pep Boys do the fix, and it turned out to be bad relays that were all rotted/rusted. Is this the problem for the defroster? If so, where do I find the relays, what steps to fix/replace. If not, what other troubleshooting tips are there?
