Default i goofed up with a plug wire

i inadvertently plugged the rear right side plug wire onto an exhaust manifold bolt (it was dark...stupid me), I drove it maybe 5-10 miles like this, the car now runs the same whether the plug in question is hooked up or not, ive tried two plug wires, could this be a coil maybe?? also there seems to be a mystery coolant leak, or at least i can't find it and i've looked high and low, car has approximately 170,000 miles on it, it has noisy bearings at idle but prior to my "tune up" it was displaying the classic faulty plug wire hiccupp (going up steep hills in 5th gear) plugs are a year old..thx for any help

What year car, GT or v6?

I'd say you may have shorted the coil pack. If its a GT, its likely you have a cracked intake, or the heater core has taken a dump on you. What do you mean by noisey bearings? Your details are overwhelming me dude lol

Default ok let me try this again

I replaced the plug wires, inadvertently i hooked the passenger side rear wire to the exhaust manifold stud. this is the v-6 3.8 L?? and a 5 speed manual tranny. plug wires are now resolved, now heres what its doing as of this afternoon. when on the gas its sputtering/missing and blue smoke is coming from the exhaust, and i do mean lots of blue smoke, doesnt have all that bad odor though for what appears to be burnt oil smoke. I am thinking i've blown a head gasket on the passenger side, i cannot really tell the difference with the plug wire at issue hooked up, or not hooked up at this point, its running like its hitting on 4 cylinders, also a very strong fuel odor while its at idle (at the rear not under the hood). if its a head gasket then its pretty much motor time as i doubt a rebuild would be practical since the crank is probably beat to death from the worn bearings. I bought the car for $1500 a little over two years ago (florida car), the engine has always had noisy rod/main bearings when running without a load on it (i would describe it as a chattering sound, some may say a mild knock) it never made bearing noise with a load on it, only when letting off the accelerator or, to a lesser extent at idle, it also had very low oil pressure at the time i bought it, i switched the oil to castrol 20/50 which definitely quieted the bearing noise and raised the oil pressure to normal. the car has approx. 170,000 miles on it (not exactly sure as, the odometer and its glorious plastic gear took a dump about 6 months ago. I gave the car to my daughter a year ago, but ive still driven it at lest once a week or so since that time. also the engine temperature is fine, heater is also warmng as it should. Thanks for any replys
