xenon lights problems

xenon lights problems
hello!
first i want to say hello. i appear im santiago and im from Spain and sorry if my english is not as good as should. i got from us a couple months ago a 2008 mustang roush 427 R.
this is the problem i bought i xenon light for the head lights and i got this problem
the head light has 3 cables 1 negative 2 shor light 3 high light.
the xenon kit it comes with 2 cables negative and positive, and i conect the negative to negative and the positive to the short light and it works but when i turn onn the engine after 5 secods it starts blinking and then they turn off! just they work when i turn off the engine i turned on and they work again hopefully guys u can help me!
