I was given a free 5.0 from an 89 Mark whatever. What I would like to know, is if there are any differances between that lincoln and a Ford 5.0. They look the same, sond the same. I even traded the stater and distributor between the two and they both ran fine. the reason why I'm asking is because I would like to chang a few things. Like the came lifterts ect. Can someone please help me
