Default Horsepower gains

Hello, fellow Stangsters, I wonder if any of you would have any knowledge on how much horsepower gains I should expect from the following. I have a 2003 GT, stock 260 HP, that I have made a couple of upgrades to:
K&N FIPK (supposedly 10-20 HP gain)
Flowmaster American Thunder Cats unknown how much that added.
With the two upgrades I am wondering if I got close to 300 HP overall. A friend of mine says that the two upgrades would only increase HP gains by 20 or so. It seems to run a lot quicker though than it did when it was stock. Thanks for anyone who responds.

Sorry...no where near 300. My guess is a 10 to 12 hp increase if you're lucky.

NO way you can get that much hp out of doing two simple things. I'd go with 10-20 tops and Probably more closer to the lower end.

Plus you start off with 215-230 to the wheel depending on transmission.

It probably "sounds" a lot faster but yeah in reality you probably got another extra 10hp to play with now.
