Default 02 Mustang GT overheating

Im back with another problem! I recently returned from Guam. My car was sitting for 5 months burried in snow for probably about 3 months and has been overheating. This is what I came back to the 1st day.
http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c2...0223091613.jpg

Dug it out melted the snow checked my fluids and it started up fine. Drove it home no problems but the next time I drove around I looked down and noticed my temp. was up 3/4 between cold and hot so I immideately pulled into a parking lot and popped my hood to find the expansion tank was empty and there was coolant on my battery radiator and a few little spots elsewhere.

I went ahead and flushed the radiator and filled it back up 50/50, Changed my oil, Changed out the thermostat to factory 195 and still the radiator starts smoking up a bit under half way between C and H. http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c2...encg/guage.jpg
Also changed the fan motor but cant really tell if its working yet cause it starts smoking before it gets up to the temperature for it to kick on.

Its an 02 Mustang GT
64k Miles
All stock

Any ideas? Water pump? Radiator still clogged? I havnt seen if it goes up above the half way mark yet, each time I checked to see if it was fixed it started smoking roughly the same spot so I shut it off as soon as it happend.

From the upper half of the radiator.
Someone suggested I might have a leak and its steam coming from the radiator so im going to take it out and take a better look at it today.
