Default Does SN95 Mustang have an Traction Control?

Hey guys i got na 1998 Mustang base, its passible that it have an traction control system?

I believe it became an option in the 1999-2004 Mustangs. And it also came with a button for it, located below the stereo head unit, infront of the shifter.

Im just wondering because, i know that LimeWire (This thing to set some things in mustang computer) have Tractrion Control On/Off...
I have no button in my mustang =]

TC was not available until 1999 to my knowledge. I've only ever seen New Edge Mustangs with it.

My 98 cobra doesn't have it and I love that I don't have to turn it off all the time.

amen to that. It actually might not have even been an option until 01, that's when they added the t/c button under the double din radio, but i'm not 100% sure.

My friends 1999 V6 has it, guess that means it did start in 1999.

gotcha. where is his t/c button?


edit: there's no option for traction control on KBB for the 99-01 model but it shows it as an option for 02-04...
