Default Low throttle sputter or misfire(help please)

I have a 1988 Mustang GT 5.0 5 speed with a few mods. 255lph fuel pump, afr185 heads, trickflow 2000 cam with 1.6 roller rockers, 24lbs injectors, deleted egr and smog, 70mm throttle body, 75mm mass air with stock mass air sensor, shorty headers, h pipe, super44 flows, and a a9l ecm with chip to turn egr and smog off and calibrate the computer for the 24lbs injectors.

Here are my self test eec-iv codes: 23,31,67,95.

Here is my problem:
I can start my car up and drive about a min down the road and at a low to mid throttle my car sputters or acts like the wires are jumping fire. I can take and while i am still driving down the road, press the clutch in and shut the car and immediatly restart the car and it will run fine till it does again later down the road. But if i hit wide open throttle while it is sputtering it smooths out and runs great but when i hit low to mid throttle it will do it again. I have replaced tps and mass air. Any body with any info or tips please help. Driving me nuts

if you dont already, get a adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a pressure gauge.bump the press up about 5 psi and your prob. will go away. mine did!!!!!!

stock FP is 42psi. when you drop the pressure down too low you run the risk of the injectors not being able to atomize the fuel correctly.

you wont run lean as others have said because the maf will compensate. fp only effect afr when your wot
