Default The Saleen Xenon Thread.

Looks like somebody deleted the thread about that Saleen Xenon headlight kit. I guess BMW3hai5 is still lurking and trying not to get a bad reputation for misleading folks. Well the truth is, I SPENT $600 ON SOMETHING THAT I CAN'T EVEN USE!!! I'VE GOT TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO GET THE STUFF TO WORK RIGHT! LOOKS LIKE I'LL HAVE TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND HAVE THEM REVERSE THE CHARGES!

I'm guessing it was someone who doesn't like non-sponsors selling goods on a sponsored website.

Too bad they didn't delete it BEFORE I spent my money.

At least they deleted it before anyone else did.

Oh yeah. Wasn't it you, delurker, that said you'd take some pictures of your legitimate Saleen HID kit?

Anyway, for anybody interested, go to my photos to see what I received. I've also got some neat pictures from a local auto show.

It sure was. I don't think you missed much, other than a couple of mounting brackets and some screws & zipties and spacers.

What exactly are you missing? Looks like a lot of stuff there. And even seems to have ballasts and bulbs. What else are you needing?

Got mine today, can't complain, fast shipping and good packing, got exactly what was pictured.

Delurker, are you missing the wire harness, I don't see one in your pictures.? Saleen Part #06-1704-C11319A.

KEEP THIS THREAD OPEN! GTPremi and I need it to get our lights hooked up.

As far as ballast installation goes you could probably just double-side tape it somewhere. (The Saleen instructions are CRAZY for this piece)

The part I will check into getting is the wire harness.

As far as the other parts, you can get zip ties and self tapping screws anywhere.

Regards,
Toby
