Default Which upgrades.

Hi im alex im 16 and i have a 1997 ford mustang coupe v6 3.8l with a 5-speed manual transmisson and the engine is all stock but i've been looking for a CAI. which one is good, what would be a good mass air for the stock setup and everything. and also i have been trying to find a bigger throtle body. just wanna boost it up some horsepower.

Check out the vendors on this site; they'll likely have a CAI you'll like. K&N, Steeda, BBK, etc. are all good brands.

Also, with a throttle body, you may see a small increase in HP, but the real notice is in throttle response, at least with the GT's. I would spend the $ in a set of gears instead. The price b/t gears and TB are about even, just gears require professional installation. Just my .02. Make sure to hit up the 6 cyl section https://mustangforums.com/forum/6-cy...pplications-4/ and check out what they are doing and ask plenty of questions, you will find all the help you need on this site.
