I have an 06 GT 5 speed automatic V8. I am about to get it stroked on sunday, don't exactly know the dimensions but I was told it will increase power by 25-30 to rear wheel.

next thing I want to get is gears, from what I hear the higher the gear the faster the acceleration but you lose top speed. For example the I read the 3.90 will out accelerate a 3.73, but I heard the 3.73 has a higher top end speed, and I also read the 4.10 is best to go with as it can accelerate fast and can actually improve your top speed as well. I am completely stock except for the stroke I am getting this weekend. can you please help me out with the gears, as high as I seen where 4.56 I believe, and most people are saying 4.10.
