I just bought a 2004 GT, i want to beat my friend's 2004 GTO which has 395 to the wheels, cam, full exhaust, other goodies...

How do i beat him?

I was thinking heads, cams, full exhaust, or supercharge full exhaust.

What do you recommend??

Supercharger will get you there. If you can afford F/I then its almost always going to be the better option.

 

supercharger hands down. head/cam will put you around 300hp.

 

You'd need a monster h/c/i to get the power he is n/a. Blower would be a lot easier and cheaper.
