i recently bought a remote start for my 98 gt,Can someone please help me out with wiring

You want someone on the inter-web to help you wire a remote starter?

Sure where to start.. cut all underdash cables & splice in everthing that is the same color lol

they are different colors.Its a 5 speed but im using this remote start to bypass the pats system,im going to start the car with a key

fvck that...back when i had my viper alarm installed in my 5.0, everyone refused to even attempt to install the remote start.

good luck with it. IMO you are just wasting your time.
