Default Recurring sticky gas pedal problem....

I have a 2003 Mustang GT. I installed a new BBK 70mm throttle body a few months ago. Over the course of the first few weeks, the gas pedal slowly started to stick worse and worse from a dead stop. I bought some throttle body cleaner and sprayed it into the throttle body and it cleared up, however it slowly starts to stick again over the course of the following few weeks.

I don't experience any other problems except the sticky gas pedal, and it never happened before I changed the throttle body. Do I have a faulty throttle body, or could there be something else at play here? What else can I look for?

Thanks!
