Question about maintenance plans ford offers.
Hi guys.
As per my title, are they worth it? Also what is this rust protection treatment they offer. Is that just a scam?
I just graduated from school, i'm all set up in my job, and i've put a down payment on a 2009 V6.
Ok, so maybe its not the GT, but its my first real car and i'm pretty proud of it. So obviously i want to keep it in good shape, but keep the costs down since i'm just out of school.
Your opinions and experiences are welcome, since i'm having a tough time figuring out what i need and what i don't need.

you dont need any of that crap. just follow the service intervals in the manual yourself and it will be easier and much cheaper. I would only consider the rust protection if you live in the far north with lots of snow. (salt)
