Hey everyone, i have a 2000 mustang V6 coupe 5 speed, i am very new to cars, my dad knows a lot and he cannot find out whats wrong.
Whenever i go near my car it smells like gas or something burning.
I checked under the car and the gauge and there is no gas leaking
I have full oil as well
I took it to a shop and they said i should just try higher octane gas

Any ideas with what might be causing it?
