96 mustang keeps heating up

96 mustang keeps heating up
well if i floor it a little or go more then 55 it will start heating up and boil the water out but i pull the ECT i believe what it is call but it causes it to stop boiling out but still heat is red line then goes back down then heats up but can the heads be crack or what ??????????????
