I'm looking on AM and see there are a million routes to go when up'ing your exhuast system. TBH, I have not a clue to what each is.

What do you suggest:

Catback
Axelback
Midpipe
Header
Offset Muffler
One of those SLP "bullet/shotgun" mufflers
Catalyict convertors
Muffler Eliminator Pipes


And a brief explination of the first 4 is greatly appreciated

the parts of your exhaust system start from the engine and are headers, midpipe (with or without catalytic converters), and then you have the catback setup which includes the mufflers. on the 05-09 models, the mufflers are placed behind the rear axle so their catback systems are called axlebacks.

 

Start with a good catback, and go from there.
