Default my stupid mustang

i changed the brake pads on my mustang and the pedal was soft so i changed bled the brakes still soft pedal goes all the way to the floor theres no air in the lines any one know what else there could be for a problem

If by soft you mean the car stops fine but if you hold the pedal down it slowly sinks to the floor. That's probably a master cylinder.

Did you change the brake pads because of the soft condition, or did that come about after the pad change?

technically the car stops by but you can push the pedal all the way to the floor like the brakes will grab but barely you need to drive really slow when you get near a car and mostly downshift but stops and the problem occcured after the brakes were installed they were fine before just low

Can't imagine how air would get in the lines by just changing the pads....

Are you sure you have the correct pads installed, are they actually grabing the rotor.

I changed them because the old ones were almost gone less then 2mm and they needed replacing

i am sure they are the right pads for the car and they are grabbing the rotors i can feel them its just really weak

i took it to a shop and they guy told me that ford uses a hydraulic pump that controls the power steering and the brakes thats probably what failed and its this little black tube looking thing thats just above the reservoir and its under 10 000 psi n e one know what he is talking
