2004 3.9 V6

I've noticed a squeeling noise (like the belt was slipping) When the car revs to 3k to 3.5k rpm, but only when i'm driving. It usually happens when I go to pass someone or if I'm opening her up a little.
I got a new alternator put on like 3 weeks ago. This may be the cause of the problem but I'm not sure what could be causing it (since the alternator is new).
I replaced a loose Idler pully soon after this thinking it was the problem but the noise hasn't gone away.

My car has also been making a whining noise (I'm assuming from the power steering pump) But I've never heard of a power steering pump making a squeeling noise like it has been doing. Also, I checked the power steering fluid. It is a bit dirty but not low.

Here's the video of the squeeling noise. If you can't really hear it I wont be suprised. Just listen closely when I keep it at 3.7k rpm (0:04) and turn up your volume. It's very faint in the video but louder in person.
