Default Coolant leak

I have an 89 lx 5.0 and I had an issue with coolant leaking from what i thought was the water pump so I replaced it and started to add anti-freeze and all of the sudden coolant started leaking again. It appears to be leaking somewhere above the water pump but even with a flashlight and sticking my nose directly near the flow I can't seem to see where it's coming from. Has anyone else had this problem or knows what could be causing this leak pleeeeaaassseee help. I also checked thermostat housing and nothing there either. Any help or suggestions would be great thanks!

check the radiator.. then if its not it, then check the intake manifold gasket. it may need replacement already.
