my pony had a new clutch installed but when i go to third it grinds. This hapens verry rarely but is still a pain. when it happens the clutch is all the way down. maybe its not releasing all the way.

Try double clutching. From 2nd gear, clutch in & shift to neutral. Then clutch out. Clutch back in & shift to 3rd, & clutch out. Did it grind when you do it that way?

If it didn't, your synchro's are shot.
