the dome light will not come on when you open the drive side door, but will if you open the passenger side. i just got the car it did came on once but just a flash and went back off. i assume its not anything to bad since it works when you open the passenger side door. what should i check first????sorry noob

never mind i was playing around and there is some sort of short when i lift the rubber hose that has the wires in it the light came on....i guess ill start there.
