A 100-125 is fine with a good tune. I run a 100 shot and gained over 100 rwhp and 200 rwtq, and have no issues whatsoever. My a/f is smooth and fairly conservative.

My 10lb. bottle will last me around 10 quater mile passes. I pay $4 per lb. at my shop.
