Default BEEFING UP THE STANG

I have a 1995 v6 3.8L mustang and me and my dad want to add some power and performance to the car. What can i do to my mustang minus a supercharger or turbocharger to beef it up?

I dont really like the idea but I guess some nitrious would wake it up. Ask Matthockey about some stuff. I dont think he runs a s/c or turbo and hes got some freaking insane #'s from his 6er. Im soo jealous..

1. CAI
2. Bigger MAF
3. T-body
4. Ported Intake
5. Pulleys
6. Headers
7. Catback Exhuast
8. ECU Tuner (lose the speed limiter)
9. Small Cam
10. Ported heads
11. Gears
12. Clutch
13. short shifter

something to add some power to the good ol 3.8

I would start by getting some headers, off road x/h pipe but catted if you need to pass emissions, then a Flowmaster catback or whatever of your liking. Then if you want sum eye candy you can buy a cold air intake, but if you don't care a K&N air filter works just fine, then a throttle body. This should wake it up a bit jus mildly, then you could go with the cam, heads, and intake manifolds as AtlanticBlue99 said. I wouldn't go with NOS quite yet with just a stock engine.

Nitrous doesnt hurt your motor its when you have to little fuel that the motor gets hurt.As long as its set up right you'll never have a problem
