Default driveshaft or rear end?

hello every1 my 88 lx 5.0 5 speed i have problem that i cant figure it out ok here is the problem i tight up my driveshaft 2 times in 2 weeks its keep getting lose plus when i drive it something keep rubbing and it drives like there is a piece of rock under neat the rear tires and feels like every full spin its jumping what you think it is thank you all .........

Well with the bolt problem, use locktite. The rear end problem might be a chipped tooth on the ring gear.

It could also be a bad pinion bearing in the rearend. Better get it checked out soon before it takes the rearend out completely. Might want to pull your driveshaft and have a driveline shop check it out also to rule out a bent or out of balance shaft. The reason the bolts keep coming loose is because of vibration.
