Angry crank pulley replacement

I bought a set of aftermarket pullies, and got the alternator, and water pump pulley off fine. I cannot for the life of me get the crank pulley off. I have tried pb blaster, in conjunction with an impact gun, and also using a breaker bar. Can anyone help with some ideas on getting this off. It is driving me crazy not to be able to drive it.

Do you mean just getting the bolt loose or actually pulling the pulley? To get the bolt loose if your inpact wont do it put it in gear and set the parking brake. Then take your breaker bar and a pipe for leverage and turn it. If you mean pulling the pulley off, you will need a harmonic balance puller.

You can also put your breaker bar on it wedged up against something solid in the engine compartment, disconnect the coil(s), and bump the starter over. I have done this numerous times (espescially on Subarus and Hondas) and it works great.
