dash light on 2000 mustang

dash light on 2000 mustang
I got a 2000 mustang gt and the dash light in the cluster on the left and right hand side do not work they are very dim making it impossible to read my oil pressure gauge and tempature any ideas on how to fix? would i have to take the cluster apart?
