In the near future I am going to be converting my 2007 V6 mustang to a dual exhaust system and I also want to add a CAI with a Tune.

First question, do these changes need to be reported to my insurance agency (AAA)? If so, will it cause my insurance to go up?

Second question: I live in LA, CA. Will making these two mods effect me passing the smog test? I will probably be adding exhaust first, then the CAI w/ tune a few weeks or a month later (when I have the $$).
