Does anyone know where I can find the information to replace a 99 rear bumper cover? I have the bumper, I just need to know how to do it and what hardware I should get.

 

To remove the bumper there are 2 screws in each of the fender well, numerous plastic fender clips along the bottom, and inside the trunk under the carprt there are nuts that hold the top part of the bumper on. I also recommend pulling the tail lights to make fitting easier and reinstalling them before finishing tightening it up.
