Is there anybody out there from California who has had experience getting their car smogged, or who is a smog tech? I have a cold air intake and a 70 mm throttle body installed on my 04 GT. Will I pass the visual inspection with these on, or do I need to put the stock equipment back on before I get it smogged?

 

I haven't had any experience with smog checking mine yet, but I would suggest if in doubt, take it to a station that will retest it for free if it doesn't pass. I would think that if the CAI doesn't have a CARB sticker you will not pass. Also, if you have added a tune, I don't think there is any tune that will be allowed except for stock. Remember, they do hook up to your OBDII port. Hope that helps.
